We are seeking an experienced Asphalt Superintendent to oversee and manage asphalt paving operations on major projects. The ideal candidate will be a proven leader with extensive paving experience, excellent organizational skills, and a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate daily asphalt paving operations
  • Manage crews, equipment, and schedules to ensure timely project completion
  • Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and job orders
  • Ensure quality control and compliance with project standards
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, contractors, and inspectors
  • Enforce company safety policies and maintain a safe jobsite
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in asphalt paving, with superintendent or foreman experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple crews and projects
  • Knowledge of asphalt materials, equipment, and paving techniques
  • Reliable, safety-focused, and detail-oriented
